I am a designer from Madrid. I build brands, and I make the advertising that has to sell them.
Most of my week goes to ICEPOP, an agency in Beverly Hills, where I take care of the advertising for their clients. I am there from the first idea to the piece that goes live. I edit the video myself, and I care about that as much as I care about the design. I work with the client through the reviews, which is where most of the real decisions actually get made.
The rest of what I do is on this page. Some of those brands I built from a name and nothing else. The websites are mine, designed and put online. The photographs are mine. A few of those accounts I have been running for years.
I have never thought of brand and advertising as different jobs. One decides what you say. The other decides whether anyone hears it.
