ROOM 3D
Social media strategy, advertising, and visual content for a 3D video conferencing startup redefining how remote teams meet.
The Challenge
ROOM 3D is a tech startup building lifelike 3D video conferencing — replacing flat video calls with immersive virtual meeting rooms. As part of the team, I was responsible for the entire social media presence: from ad campaigns and content creation to event marketing and brand visuals.
The challenge was to communicate a complex, futuristic product in a way that felt approachable and exciting. Every piece of content needed to make people imagine themselves in a new way of meeting — not just explain the technology, but make them want it.
Ad Campaigns
The advertising strategy centered on a simple insight: people miss meeting in person, and ROOM 3D brings that feeling back. The tagline “Start meeting in style again. In 3D.” was designed to resonate emotionally while positioning the product as the next evolution of video conferencing.
Product Lifestyle
To make the product feel real and desirable, I created lifestyle imagery showing ROOM 3D in everyday settings — at home with a cat, in a café, at a desk. The goal was to normalize 3D meetings as the new standard, not futuristic novelty.
Social Media Content
Beyond ads, I designed a full content ecosystem: job postings that doubled as brand statements, event promotions, and branded backgrounds for presentations and webinars. Each piece maintained a consistent visual language built around gradients, bold typography, and the ROOM logo.
Event Marketing
I designed promotional materials for ROOM’s events and webinars, like the AI x Marketing Roundtable. The visual direction used a deep purple palette with circuit-inspired graphics to position ROOM at the intersection of technology and innovation.
Brand Visuals
I developed a library of branded backgrounds and visual assets used across presentations, webinar screens, and social media headers. The gradient system evolved across campaigns — from vibrant pinks to deep blues — while always feeling unmistakably ROOM.
